With three flexible options designed to fit different training goals—from self-directed cage work to an annual package that gives the full MTC experience—memberships remove cost-per-session barriers and transform sporadic training into regular, predictable development that compounds over time.
Skill Sessions
EL1 Baseball Skill Sessions provide weekly, position-specific instruction from professional coaches in small group settings of approximately 8 athletes per instructor, allowing athletes to concentrate their development in one specialized area throughout the season.
Organized by age group with consistent coaching that progresses week over week, classes combine technical skill work with game-situation applications—serving as the perfect compliment to team training, offseason development option, or accessible entry point to experience MTC’s professional instruction.
CAMPS & CLINICS
EL1 Baseball Camps & Clinics deliver professional-level baseball instruction through flexible programs designed for athletes at every skill level—from single-day clinics to multi-week Summer Camps and specialty Stadium Camps at Pirates Stadium.
Led by professional instructors with collegiate and professional playing experience, our camps provide focused skill development in supportive, judgment-free environments where athletes experience accessible, high-quality training without year-round commitment.
TEAM TRAINING​
EL1 Baseball Team Training is a progression based training program designed for entire teams, not just individual athletes. Each session is led by EL1 Baseball professional instructors, aligned to age, skill level, and season timing. It gives coaches and organizations a clear, repeatable system for developing players, stronger teams, and more consistent performance throughout the year.
Team Training by EL1 Baseball is built to support coaches, not replace them. Our staff works alongside your program to deliver structured, performance and skill training programs that strengthens fundamentals, improves athletic movement, and elevates overall team performance by developing more complete, confident athletes.
